Sleeping Spots

Camrie has been found sleeping in some funny spots.

She is a pretty good sleeper. She will sleep just about anywhere.

Today I decided it was the day to mess up her sleeping. I had her trade her old Binky in for a new toy. She was so excited for a new toy. She cut the tips of her Binky's off and we threw them away. She loved the new toy and because it was a big girl toy and not for babies she loved even more that we put Brooklyn in the jumper so she could get the big girl toy. Well nap time came around and she wanted her Binky's back or as she calls them "B's" back. I reminded her that she traded them. So she didn't nap. Then we went in the car and she always falls asleep there when she hasn't had a nap. Three car rides later still no sleeping. I thought that's OK we will just put her to bed early because she will be tired. In and out of bed with every excuse. Which is not any different from other nights but she didn't even act tired. Well 9:30pm rolls around and she is finally sleeping. No crying, not much begging, lets hope that we have taken care of that baby habit.

Girls room

The girls room is done for the most part. I still want to get a mirror that I can paint pink and some curtains.

Put stripes on one wall. New doors and hardware. I still want a mirror the size of the magnet board that is next to the crib.

Puzzle

I made this puzzle for Camrie today and I think I want to make a bunch more. It was so easy and fun.

I guess the sun was a little to bright to sleep today.

Sister Love

Camrie was wanting to pull Brooklyn around in her bus and when that was so fun she decided she wanted to try the stroller also. Brooklyn also loved it and screamed every time Camrie would stop. How fun it is to have a sister to play with.

Camrie was so cute at my uncles Cabin she was sitting and coloring all by herself so I wanted to take a picture.Then she notice what I was doing and wanted me to take another picture so she could smile in it.

Cameron's Big Birthday

Cam turned 30 on the 27th of March. That weekend we were up at my uncles cabin. He enjoyed going off on the 4-wheeler a lot and just hanging out. We went on a family ride without Brooklyn who was fast asleep in the cabin with my parents.We also had a birthday dinner for Cam and sang "Happy Day" that is how Camrie sings Happy Birthday.Then Monday the 29th I had a surprise Birthday for him. I had a bunch of people over at our house when he got home from work. I had everyone park at the park around the corner from us and then walk over so he had no idea. It was a lot of fun. We sang to him again and had dinner and pie.

Brooklyn 6 months

Brooklyn is now like 6 and a half months (NOW is is over 7 months put didn't load pictures till now) but we took her to her appointment when she was 6 months. We have been having the same issue with her weight that we had with Camrie. They both stayed really small. Norah and Brooklyn are 4 months apart and are like the same size. If anything Norah is bigger. She was 12 lbs at 2 months.
Anyway we were way excited to hear that she has hit the chart. Brooklyn is now in the 3% for weight and just below 3% for length. Over all the doctor was pleased because for length to weight she is 50%. She weighed 12 lbs 9 oz. She mostly wears 3 months stuff but I sometimes put her in 6 months stuff just for a change up.
She is such a happy baby but doesn't always show it. She loves to just stare at you and sometimes she will crack a smile.
She is eating baby food now and still make a big mess when she does.
She is and always has been a wonderful sleeper.She can sit like a champ. She mostly wants to sit unless she can get someone to hold her hands then she wants to stand.
I found that I can't use fabric softener sheets on her cloths because it makes her get red patches all over so we have to use liquid kind.
She will get so mad at her toys sometimes when she is playing with them. She will just screech out. which is some of the few times she cries out.
Brooklyn use to do double crunches like this before she was able to sit. She so bad wanted to sit up and not lay in the bouncer or anywhere.

Enjoying the nice weather

With it getting so warm outside we have been spending a lot of time outside. We started working in our yard last week.
Took my parents dogs on a walk to the school
Played on the school grounds
Walked to the park around the corner from our house.
More yard work this week. No pictures of out side but Myla and the rest of the family were over so of course we got one of the cousins together.

Lots more walking and just being out side.
Saturday when it stormed we headed to the Home and Garden Show so I could dream about the nice weather and what I want to do with my yard.
Norah was over at my parents Sunday so we got a picture of Camrie with her. She is getting so big she could whoop Brooklyn if she wanted to. Sometimes I forget that she is 4 months younger then Brooklyn because they are like the same size.
