Grandmama's House

Brooklyn had her 18 month check up on the First. This little cutie is doing great. She is super little that is for sure. She is in the 3-5% for weight coming in at 20 lbs 1 oz and the 5% for height topping out at 29 1/4 in. She loves to climb and play with her big sister when Camrie will let her. She loves to eat and will eat everything in sight if we let her. Brooklyn loves dogs, books, and balls. She mostly will say Ball, Book and dada. She now just laughs when I try and get her to say mama even though she use to say it. She has like all of her teeth. Brooklyn has a full head of hair back even after Camrie cut it all off. It is sure fun watching her grow and develop. We love having her in our family.
This is a castle that Camrie made all by herself at Grandmama's house. The colorful pegs are people that she put all over the castle.

The girls taken turns brushing Aunt Laurie's long hair.

We were over at my mom's house, or Grandmama's as Camrie calls her, and Camrie was just playing quietly while Brooklyn was sleeping. I went to go see what she was doing and this is what I found. She said that it was her friend. She was doing her friends hair. She had clips in it and was brushing it. She had a mirror for her friend to look at her hair when she was done with it.

February

More crazy hair from the ball crawl. This is one well used Christmas present. Better then anything we ever gave the girls. Uncle Jake really knows how to pick them. I think that most of the pictures we have been taking have been in this thing.

This little cutie is Binky free. Wow it is wonderful. It took about a week of major crying when it was nap and bed time but now it is not so bad. She takes a little longer to fall asleep but she doesn't cry like she did in the beginning. I can't believe how nice it is to not have to worry about where her binky is or if we have it when we leave the house. This is the first time since Camrie was born that we have no binkies in the house. SO so so nice.

Camrie and Brooklyn both love to put my shoes on. Here is Camrie posing with my boots on the Nicole gave me.

The girls like us to put a blanket over the ball crawl to make it a fort. This thing can keep them entertained for ever.

I had a meeting at Gecko's for discovery toys and they have these super cute suckers that they sale. I couldn't resist getting some. Me and Camrie tried them while Brooky took a nap.

Here is some pictures of mine and Camrie's new hair cuts.
I was cleaning the other day and the girls found some of my old weights. It was so funny watching them pick them up. Camrie keep saying that she was doing Jazzercise. Brooklyn could barely lift them but she keep trying.

January

This is Brooklyn's chocolate santa from Christmas. It was her first time having chocolate. She seemed to like it. She had chocolate all over her face. In the back ground you can see the kitchen that Cam and I made for the girls for Christmas. The curtain is not done in the picture and is still not done. Add it to the list.
Brooklyn loves to climb up on things. Here she is climbing up on one of her new toys from Christmas.
Then she thought that there was a better place that she could take it and climb up on it. She looks so funny that tinny little thing packing that box that is the size of her.
Brooky loves to just lounge in her ball crawl that Uncle Jake gave her for Christmas.
Camrie taking pictures with the camera again.
Camrie found my mom taking a nap so naturally she took a picture of it.
One of the last times you will see brooky with her binky. It is now gone. I waited way to long to take Camrie's way and I was not going to do the same thing with Brooklyn. This picture was taken by Camrie.
Crazy hair from playing in the ball crawl.

Here is Brooklyn with her first second set of piggies. She has been a ham lately and with cheese it up if you ask her to.
Side view of the piggies with curly hair.Of course Camrie had to have piggies and her picture taken because Brooky did.
The girls playing dress ups together.

My cute princess Camrie.Brooklyn loves dogs!!!! She gets super excited every time we are at my mom's house and she sees the dogs. The bad thing about the dogs is their water and food dish seem to be one of Brooky's favorite toys. Here she is so proud that she has filled there dish with her purse toys.
Cam was out of town a lot in January and so I had to find things for me and the kids to do. At the very end of his time gone I heard about pay your age mom's club at Classic Skating. When I worked there back in high school I said that I would never bring my kids there. Well never say never. They have changed some things and have a lot more things that younger kids can do. I figured that with the deal that was going it wouldn't hurt to try it out. I only had the pay $4 and we had unlimited everything from 11am to 4pm. This was the only picture that I took of Camrie the first day we went. That's right I said the first day. We went back a couple days later with the same deal. The kids loved it and we ended both days with skating, biking, stroller riding that put Brooky to sleep. Camrie tried skating the first day but she had a hard time with it so then she did her balance bike. The second day she just started out on her balance bike.
Brooky playing in the little kid area the second day we were there.
Brooklyn watching all the kids playing in the ball crawl. She so badly wanted to be in there with them. When Curtis, my cousin's husband, took all the kids through the small spaces and over to the ball crawl me and Brooky were doing something else. So she was stuck with me and my cousin watching from the out side. I finally felt bad enough for her that I crawled through all the small spaces and took her over with everyone else. I could get better pictures of the kids from the inside anyways.

Camrie in the ball crawl.
Brooky in the ball crawl.
Me and Brooky getting ready to go down the big slide.
Camrie going down the little slide.

Camrie became a pro at the bounce toys. By the second day she was going every where.

Some spots she needed a little encouraging from Curtis. He would go in all the little spots with the kids that me and my pregnant cousin Sara didn't want to go in.
Look at Camrie climbing this big wall all by herself.

Brooklyn was not so sure of the Bounce toys the first day. I couldn't even set her down but the second day she was running all around. She loved it.
Playing games to get tickets for the prize zone.
Driving the Bus.
Camrie showing off the tickets that she won. Between the two days she came home with about 10 things from the prize zone.
