Easter

Camrie woke up Saturday and had a surprise (not that she even knows) but the Easter Bunny had come. The Easter Bunny has always come on Saturdays for our family which is a good thing on years like this year when church starts at 9:00. I was glad that she was interested in the basket and the plastic eggs. She got some bubbles that she liked to watch us blow and a chocolate bunny that me and Cam eat.
By request from my mom: I made the easter basket of Camrie's. I knitted it with wool about twice that size and then washed it so that it would shrink and be really tight. I also made a blue one that is the same. I think that it was the second thing that I had knitted at the time. The first was a baby sweater.

You should tell how you made the basket. It turned out cute and took a lot of work. You are such a good homemaker.

Camrie is so cute! I am sad I have never seen her in person. Maybe at the next big family function. I think the basket is way cute, too! I am glad you found my blog and now I get to keep up with you guys.

Cute basket. Look at you being all crafty. You are such a good mom. We didn't do anything for Logan this year, we had just gotten back from a trip and didn't think he would get much out of it anyway.

Despite the fact that a baby has no clue as to why they are getting an easter basket, it is a riot to make one for them! I love doing that kind of stuff for my kids. It just gets more and more fun each year as they get older and begin to understand the excitement of it all! The basket is awesome and her dress is darling.
