Nate and NIcole's Wedding

Nate and Nicole's wedding was a lot of fun. It was a full day with a baby, getting her ready and everything together. It was crazy but she was a trooper right on through to the end. We were getting ready to leave to take Camrie to my parents at 1:30 so they could watch her while we were at the Temple for the ceremony and Cam realized that his recommend was expired so He made a bunch of calls and then I left and took Camrie to my parents. We didn't get done in time to go to the temple together so we meet there. Then my mom brought Camrie up to the temple after for pictures. They had a dinner at The Point and it was really nice. Here are a few pictures.

Riding the Hog

My dad has a Harley that he never really rides and when he first got it back in 2000 he told my older brothers that if they went to a 3 day course they could ride it. Neither of them wanted to take the class so they have never got to ride it. LeRoy on the other hand thought that it was a small price to pay (my parents even payed for the class). So he took the class and got to take the "baby" out for a spin. It is a 2000 Fat Boy.

Wow

I can't believe that it is the end of the month already and I have only done like one post. So much has been happening this month. My parents got a car for Camrie to keep at their house after seeing how much fun she has on the one at our house. The one they got is a lot cooler. It has all kinds of buttons that she can push and it plays songs and lights up. It has a huge trunk that she can put toys in and haul around with her. She has learned how to push a button on it that makes the ball on the front light up and the stuff inside spins also music plays. We created a habit of rewarding her when she would push the button by pushing her around when it is singing. Now the whole time she is sitting on the car she is pushing the button and waiting for you to start pushing her. She will push the button and then grab a hold of the steering wheel to get ready to take off. She learned that she has to hold on because she has gotten dumped off a few times.

8 months old

Camrie turned 8 months old today and we had to take her to be weighed. She was 13 lbs 10 oz. which was a good weight gain for her. She is wearing 3-6 months cloths and I finally put her 0-3 month cloths away because I was getting sick of them. I'm hoping that when it is the summer time that she can wear 9 months stuff because that is what size most of her summer stuff is. She is still sleeping well at night even though she has started to get sick the last few days. She has a little cough and a runny nose. We have her sleeping with a humidifier and put a pillow under her mattress so that she is on a slight incline. That way she can breath better.

Here are some pictures of her eating a Gerber baby cookie while me and Cam worked in the yard today. She loved eating it and I was the mean one that had to take it away from her and clean her up. It didn't take her long to forget about the cookie and enjoy the water that I was washing her hands with.

We have conquered the World

This beautiful sleeping baby girl is the best!!!!! She is wonderful during the day and we couldn't ask for a better baby. Just this week we conquered the world!!!! She had not been doing very well at nights and it was wearing us out. So we decided that something needed to change. I talked to a few people and they had told me of books that they had read and what they did. I tried to get the books from the library and they were all checked out and on hold. So Saturday night the 19th Camrie was crying and we had feed her, changed her, and knew that she was fine. We decided that we would just shut the doors and put pillows over our heads because we couldn't figure out what to do to make her happy. I did not want her to get in the habit of sleeping in the swing like she was doing most nights because we couldn't do anything to make her happy. She cried on and off Saturday night and we still didn't get much sleep. So Sunday night I was ready for the same thing because people had told me that it took two nights to get there kids to sleep. I was shocked when I woke up Monday morning at 8:00am to her crying and it had been 12 hours!!!!!! yeah!!!! It only took her one night of crying!!!!! Ever since then she has gone about 11 to 12 hours. with the exception of one night she went 13!!!!! (I had Cam go check on her to make sure she was still alive). I hope that it stays like this (as it has only been a week). Now I can really say that we have the perfect baby day and night. I guess we better watch out for number two baby because we may not be so lucky next time.

Meeting Great Grandpa Love

Wednesday I got my dad to go up to Logan with me and Camrie so that I could give my Grandpa some of the pictures that I had taken of Camrie over a month ago. My dad has been wanting to go up there and I hadn't seen my Grandpa since like Christmas time. So I figured taken the pictures up there instead of mailing them would be a great opportunity to see him and have a visit. This was also the first time that Camrie has seen him, because when we saw him at Christmas time it was just as he was passing through and wasn't up to getting out of the car and coming in the house. I took Camrie out to the car but she was little and I think maybe even asleep. This time Great Grandpa held her and talked to her and she was smiling and being the little social girl that she is. We spent a few hours up there and got to see my cousin Colten, My uncle Allen and my aunt Marci. Great Grandpa Love lives with Dave and Marci and Colten and Allen lives up in Logan so he comes by to help also. It was fun getting to visit with everyone because we don't see them often. Great Grandpa doesn't like to travel much any more so he just hangs out in his chair at Dave and Marci's. Great Grandpa was "Lovely" as he always tells everyone "How else could a Love be".

Driving a car already!

We better watch out. Camrie got this car from her Grandma Love for Christmas and this was the first time she has really used it. She loved it!!! She held it all by herself and I pushed it around the house and she didn't want me to stop. Then she sat and just played with the different things that are on it. I can't believe how big she is getting.

Lacrosse

My sister Laurie has started to play lacrosse for west jordan high school. Me and Camrie went and watched her on the 3rd of April. This is the first time she has ever played lacrosse and she gets to play on the varsity team and she plays for a lot of the game. Laurie is number 19.

7 months old today

Camrie is 7 months old today and she has grown so much. She loves playing on the floor on her tummy. She can turn herself around in circles to get the toys that she wants. She likes to jump in her rain forest jump a roo that she got for Christmas (we just brought it home last week. It has been up at Cam's parents house). She loves to eat her solid food and drink out of her mom's cup. She laughs all the time and is always happy. She has been sleeping good at night except for the last week she wanted to sleep in her swing and so she would wake up in the middle of the night and nothing makes her happy until we put her in her swing. Then she goes right back to sleep. She is the joy of our life and is always making us laugh. She has to be the cutest baby ever.

Cameron's Birthday

So I'm a slacker. Cam's birthday was March 27th and I'm just now getting around to posting about it. He turned 28 and almost melted his ice cream cake with all the candles on it. It took all his breath to blow them out. He got all but one in the same breath.
We dropped Camrie off at my parents house so just the two of us could go out to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. Then we went back to my parent's for cake and to open presents. He got a book of Pres. Hinckley's talks and the new leopard software for his mac from my mom. I gave him Photoshop CS3 and a tupperware full of chocolate chip cookies (his fav) . The following Sunday his sister gave him a box full of penny's to put towards a bigger hard drive (for our Myth TV). She was nice enough to leave the penny's in their rolls so that it was easy to take them into the bank. I got sick of them sitting on the kitchen counter and finally broke down and took them in for him even though his sister said that he had to take them to buy his gift. His Grandma Donna gave him some cash in a cute card. He got a new backpack and a wireless keyboard (for our myth TV) and some Reeses Puffs cereal from his parents.
