Baby Talk

This is mostly for my brother Spencer that is on a mission in St. Croix which is in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has been on his mission a little over a year and has not met Camrie yet. We tried to get her to talk on the phone when he called for Christmas put she was to worn out. She loves to talk to anyone that will listen to her even if it is just herself. She sometimes "sings" along with the radio when we are in the car. Anyway this is her talking to me and Cameron

Friday Storm

Friday night I was out at my parents while Cam was running a camera for the Flash Basketball game. It was really windy and rainy. I cam home at about 9:30 and when I was going in the side door I thought that something looked funny. I went in the house and when I got all my stuff set down I looked out our window and this is what I saw.The big pine that is in the backyard had blown over. We are all lucky that it didn't hit the house. It did take down some of the scrub oak that is in the backyard giving us privacy but that is a small price to pay. So we spent Sat morning cutting the tree up because it was blocking the back door that we use when it is not snowy. Here is some pictures of it.We had a lot of men come over off and on to help out.After we got done cutting it up and hauling the trunk off (all the branches are still piled all around the backyard) Cam had to go back to Orem and run a hand held camera for the Flash game. As you can imagine he was really tired after that.

Christmas

Camrie got spoiled this year for Christmas, mostly from everyone else. She got Looney Tunes in her stocking and then she got a black and white blanket that I made for her to lay on and look at. Camrie was excited to open her presents you can tell by the look on her face.

























Then we went to Grandma & Grandpa Jacobson's and she got an outfit and a new toy fish/rattle from her Aunt Nicole and this Boppy thing to lay on to play. She got a Rain forest jump a roo from G&G Jacobson that I don't have any pictures of put we have a video that I will try and get put on soon. Her Great Grandma Donna Gave her some money that we put in her savings account to go towards collage or something.













After we went to Grandma & Grandpa Loves and she got a Car that she can ride around on. it also came with stacking block/cups and a thing that you push the top down and balls spin around inside of it. They gave her some books and the hat that she is wearing as well. Camrie had a long tiring day so her and Max kicked back and relaxed. On Christmas eve She got to open a rattle from them also. She got a doll from her Great Grandma Webb the Sunday before Christmas. She got the red PJ's Christmas eve from her mom and dad. I think that is everything.

Bumbo

We got Camrie a bumbo and she LOVES it. She has also started "talking" a bunch to anyone that will listen even if it is just herself and she is always laughing and smiling to everyone.

Crib

So Cameron is making the crib for Camrie and she is really getting cramped in the bassinet that we have had her in. Cameron is making the crib out of Maple and it is gorgeous. We went to Cam's parent's house on Friday (the day after thanksgiving) and we worked on the crib. Cam got everything put together with his dad while me and his mom sanded some of the pieces. Nicole was nice enough to watch Camrie when we were working. Then he went back up Sat. and worked on it some more. So the only thing that is left is to sand some more and stain it. Baby Blessing

We blessed Camrie yesterday the 18th. We just had a small group of people because our apartment is so small. It was a really nice blessing and Camrie was so good the whole time. She was very quiet and just looked at the men in the circle. We had Hawaiian Haystacks after the blessing with a pretzel jello salad, cookies and pumpkin dessert. When everyone left our house she eat and went right to sleep she was worn out. Here are some pictures from her blessing.



Cameron's mom made Camrie's blessing dress. I was so happy that she would do that for us. It turned out beautiful!!!! I crocheted the blanket and one of my mom's neighbors (Annie) made the headband. Me and Camrie had matching bracelets that Cam's cousin Denise made for us and she also had a bracelet that Cam's cousin Tresa made for her. I didn't get very good pictures of everything but here are some that show a little more detail. New Friend

Camrie has a new friend that she met on the 6th of Nov. Maggie!!!!! Maggie is one month younger then Camrie almost to the day. Maggie was born on Oct. 6th. A bunch of Cam's friends got together and had treats and played games. So that is where they met. Camrie also had fun trying out Maggie's chair. Here are some pictures. They just sat there on the floor together but they will have fun later on in their life when they can both do more.

Shots

Camrie got her two month shots on Nov. 7. It was the saddest thing that I have ever seen. She was so happy all day and the whole time we were at the doctors office. Camrie was smiling at the nurse and the nurse was like "this is no fair", she didn't want to give them to Camrie when she was so happy and smiling at her. They made me hold her hands down when they did it and it made me start to cry to see my sweet baby so upset. Camrie was a champ afterwards she slept pretty much the rest of the day. She was 22 in long and she weighed 9 lbs 14 oz
