Driving a car already!

We better watch out. Camrie got this car from her Grandma Love for Christmas and this was the first time she has really used it. She loved it!!! She held it all by herself and I pushed it around the house and she didn't want me to stop. Then she sat and just played with the different things that are on it. I can't believe how big she is getting.

Lacrosse

My sister Laurie has started to play lacrosse for west jordan high school. Me and Camrie went and watched her on the 3rd of April. This is the first time she has ever played lacrosse and she gets to play on the varsity team and she plays for a lot of the game. Laurie is number 19.

7 months old today

Camrie is 7 months old today and she has grown so much. She loves playing on the floor on her tummy. She can turn herself around in circles to get the toys that she wants. She likes to jump in her rain forest jump a roo that she got for Christmas (we just brought it home last week. It has been up at Cam's parents house). She loves to eat her solid food and drink out of her mom's cup. She laughs all the time and is always happy. She has been sleeping good at night except for the last week she wanted to sleep in her swing and so she would wake up in the middle of the night and nothing makes her happy until we put her in her swing. Then she goes right back to sleep. She is the joy of our life and is always making us laugh. She has to be the cutest baby ever.

Cameron's Birthday

So I'm a slacker. Cam's birthday was March 27th and I'm just now getting around to posting about it. He turned 28 and almost melted his ice cream cake with all the candles on it. It took all his breath to blow them out. He got all but one in the same breath.
We dropped Camrie off at my parents house so just the two of us could go out to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. Then we went back to my parent's for cake and to open presents. He got a book of Pres. Hinckley's talks and the new leopard software for his mac from my mom. I gave him Photoshop CS3 and a tupperware full of chocolate chip cookies (his fav) . The following Sunday his sister gave him a box full of penny's to put towards a bigger hard drive (for our Myth TV). She was nice enough to leave the penny's in their rolls so that it was easy to take them into the bank. I got sick of them sitting on the kitchen counter and finally broke down and took them in for him even though his sister said that he had to take them to buy his gift. His Grandma Donna gave him some cash in a cute card. He got a new backpack and a wireless keyboard (for our myth TV) and some Reeses Puffs cereal from his parents.

6 Month Pictures

I had Camrie's pictures taken back on the 5th when she turned 6 months. She was so good. I just got them back and then I waited to post some because we gave some to Grandma Jacobson for her birthday on Saturday. I didn't want to show them till she got hers. I also never got her pictures done in her blessing dress and because she has stayed so small she still fit in it so we took some of that also. Here are a few of the ones I got. I went a little over board because they all turned out so cute. I couldn't make up my mind.

Easter

Camrie woke up Saturday and had a surprise (not that she even knows) but the Easter Bunny had come. The Easter Bunny has always come on Saturdays for our family which is a good thing on years like this year when church starts at 9:00. I was glad that she was interested in the basket and the plastic eggs. She got some bubbles that she liked to watch us blow and a chocolate bunny that me and Cam eat.
By request from my mom: I made the easter basket of Camrie's. I knitted it with wool about twice that size and then washed it so that it would shrink and be really tight. I also made a blue one that is the same. I think that it was the second thing that I had knitted at the time. The first was a baby sweater.

baby doll

Camrie got this doll from her Great Grandma Webb for Christmas and she loves to play with it. She chews the hand, looks at it and even shares it's binky. For some reason she likes this baby dolls binky and tries to suck on it EVERY time she plays with it. It is so little I can't see why she would like it or even think that it is like her own binky, but she likes it.She always looks so cute and funny when she has her own binky like this:

Deer

Also today when we were making cookies we saw two deer walking around in the backyard. The one picture is out mine and Cameron's bedroom window. The other is it walking away from the house.

update

I took Camrie to the Dr. on the 4th (the day before she was 6 months old) Because I thought that she had an ear ache. Come to find out she was perfectly fine. I guess she was just having a few fussy days and she likes to pull on her ears. So they weighed her and all that good stuff and she was 11 lbs. 3.5 oz so she gained a lb. from her last check up which was a month and a half before. She was 27 1/2 in. long which is 4 1/4 in. longer then she was at her last check up. She is tall and skinny. The doctor said that she looked great. Ok enough of the baby talk. Today we made sugar cookies for a party that my activity days girls are giving for the younger kids in the ward. (yes i'm the activity days leader as well as the primary chorister) They are going to be frosting the cookies at the party so I just made the cookies and the frosting. I got to the end of my dough and decided that me and Camrie would make a BIG cookie for Cameron so this is it.
